What are cookies
Cookies are small text strings that sites visited by the user send to his terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored, to be then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit of the same user.

Right to lodge a Complaint
The interested party has the right to propose a complaint to the Control Authority, represented in Italy by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data. The complaint may be submitted by the interested party in the manner deemed most appropriate: by hand, by registered letter with return receipt, by fax or by e-mail.
